Introduction
This User Consent Form ("Form") outlines the agreement between the undersigned individual or organization ("User") and BytesCrafter IT Solutions ("Provider") regarding the use of the ERPat System under a free account tier (1–10 users only).
Eligibility
Free usage of the ERPat System is exclusively available to individuals and businesses with a total of one (1) to ten (10) active users. Users beyond this limit will require a separate agreement or may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Required Documentation
For Business Users:
Must submit valid business registration documents and the official business logo.
For Personal Users:
Must submit a valid government-issued ID and a logo or image that will represent their ERPat profile.
Grant of Access
The User is granted access to the ERPat System’s core features, including but not limited to, inventory, point-of-sale, and basic reporting modules.
Data Responsibility
The User acknowledges that all data entered into the ERPat System is their sole responsibility. The Provider shall not be held liable for data inaccuracies, breaches caused by user negligence, or losses incurred due to improper system usage.
Logo and Branding Consent
By signing this form, the User grants BytesCrafter IT Solutions permission to use their submitted logo, business name, or representative visual (for personal users) for marketing, promotional materials, client portfolios, or proof of service rendered through ERPat.
User Limitations
ERPat System provides its core services free of charge for 1 to 10 active users per registered account. Users exceeding this limit may require a customized service agreement or be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated accordingly. Each user must be a unique and active individual with their own access credentials. Account sharing or duplication to bypass this limitation is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of services.
Confidentiality
All business data submitted by the User shall remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit permission, except where required by law.
Termination of Access
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the ERPat System at any time in cases of abuse, breach of this agreement, or security concerns.
Agreement Duration
This agreement remains effective as long as the User is actively using the ERPat System under the free account tier. It may be reviewed or revised upon the mutual consent of both parties or in response to significant changes in system policy.
Acceptance
By clicking the checkbox, the User confirms understanding and acceptance of all terms stated above and agrees to comply accordingly.
