In the event a product and/or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product and/or service listed at the incorrect price. We may refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or other payment account in the amount of the charge.
Suppose for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable. In that case, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ERPat. ERPat is entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief in the event of any breach or anticipatory breach by you.
The service is operated and controlled from our office in Biñan, Laguna Philippines. The service is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranty of any kind. ERPat does not provide any guarantees, and we make no warranties regarding the service or its contents. ERPat is not responsible for any content, code, or any other imprecision, and we are not liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages. The service and its contents may be modified without prior notice.
ERPat specifically disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent of the copyright owner and believe any material on our service infringes your copyright, please contact us with the following information:
(a) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
(b) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing.

ERPat expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to the service, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the service, or the safety of the content provided through the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ERPat and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The entire liability of ERPat shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the service.
